About the Role
INTECH Automation Intelligence seeks a Process Engineer (Saudi National – Arabic Speaker) to support Industrial Digitalization Solutions in Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, and Mining. The role involves client-facing engineering, process studies, APC implementation, and project coordination.

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary Arabic speaking interface between clients and the project team.
- Collaborate with client process, operations, engineering, and IT/OT teams to understand business and technical requirements.
- Gather, document, and analyze stakeholder requirements for digital transformation initiatives.
- Assist in process studies, engineering calculations, and process performance analysis.
- Support the implementation and optimization of Advanced Process Control (APC) solutions.
- Prepare engineering documents, technical reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and project deliverables.
- Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), commissioning, and startup activities.
- Support system testing, validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during project execution.
- Coordinate project activities with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Conduct end user training and prepare operating manuals and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with client engineering standards, project procedures, and quality requirements.
- Travel to Ma'aden sites and other client locations across Saudi Arabia, or internationally when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written)
- Experience in process engineering or digital solutions in Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, or related industries
- Willingness to travel to client sites across Saudi Arabia and internationally
