About the Role
DICETEK LLC seeks a Yardi Techno-Functional Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on Yardi experience for UAE e-invoicing readiness. The role requires strong accounting knowledge (AR, AP, GL, VAT) and technical capability to support integration, testing, and post-go-live stabilization.

Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of hands on Yardi experience, preferably in real estate or property management
- Strong understanding of AR, AP, GL, VAT, tax invoices, credit notes, advances, retentions, receipts, and reconciliations
- Ability to understand Yardi data structures, source fields, reports, extracts, interfaces, staging requirements, API/file based integration support, error handling, and integration issue resolution
- Experience preparing BRD, FSD, process flows, mapping sheets, test cases, issue logs, and reconciliation reports
- Good understanding of integrations, APIs, staging areas, interface monitoring, and error handling

Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of hands on Yardi experience, preferably in real estate or property management.
Finance Knowledge
- Strong understanding of AR, AP, GL, VAT, tax invoices, credit notes, advances, retentions, receipts, and reconciliations.
Technical Capability
- Ability to understand Yardi data structures, source fields, reports, extracts, interfaces, staging requirements, API/file based integration support, error handling, and integration issue resolution.
Project Focus
- Support UAE e invoicing readiness, mapping, testing, integration validation, and post go live stabilization.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong hands on experience in Yardi Voyager or relevant Yardi modules used for real estate, leasing, property management, billing, AR, AP, and GL.
- Strong accounting background with practical understanding of journals, VAT, receivables, payables, revenue, advances, retention, and reconciliation.
- Ability to work with both business users and technical teams.
- Experience preparing BRD, FSD, process flows, mapping sheets, test cases, issue logs, and reconciliation reports.
- Good understanding of integrations, APIs, staging areas, interface monitoring, and error handling.
- Prior experience with e invoicing, digital tax platforms, VAT compliance, Peppol, ASPs, Pagero, ClearTax, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Experience in UAE real estate, property development, or property management environments will be an added advantage.
