- Strong understanding of Data Governance operating models and industry best practices
- Experience with Data Quality and Issue Management processes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience facilitating governance committees and executive level discussions
- Knowledge of data governance tools such as Informatica Axon, EDC, or similar platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Strong analytical, presentation, and reporting skills
- Project management and operation management skills
