- Experience in banking / financial services highly preferred
- Experience delivering Data Management Framework or similar programs
- Certifications: PMP / PRINCE2 (preferred)
- Certifications: Agile / SAFe (preferred)
- Exposure to regulatory environments (CBUAE, BCBS 239) preferred
- Basic to intermediate understanding of data governance concepts, data quality processes, data lineage and metadata
