- Operate and follow up all Water Treatment Plants for M.S, HRMC & HRMD
- Establish the process work standard
- Support all technical matters in his area
- Verify the condition of equipment
- Verify the status and operating conditions of the WTP
- Ensure personnel receive necessary work training
- Ensure personnel apply Internal Work Standards and receive necessary training
- Evaluate personnel performance
- Solve personnel problems fairly and equitably
- Follow up daily reports from the Day Foreman
- Calculate the consumption in his plant
- Ensure all required consumables are available in the plant
Requirements
- Engineering Degree
- Fluent in English
- Computer Skills
- Five years of experience in the same field

Position Objective
- Responsible for operating and following up all Water Treatment Plants for M.S, HRMC & HRMD.
Reports To
- Utility & Planning Manager
Supervises Directly
- Utility Day Shift Foreman
- WTP Foreman
Functions
- Establishes the process work standard.
- Supports all technical matters in his area.
- Verifies the condition of equipment.
- Verifies the status and operating conditions of the WTP.
- Ensures that personnel in his area receive the necessary work training.
- Ensures that personnel in his area apply the Internal Work Standards and receive the necessary training.
- Evaluates personnel performance.
- Solves personnel problems fairly and equitably.
- Follows up daily reports from the Day Foreman.
- Calculates the consumption in his plant.
- Ensures all required consumables are available in the plant.
- Commits to following safety and environmental precautions during duty.
Communication Boundaries
- Internally: All Company Departments
- Externally: All Service Providers
Pre Qualifications
- Engineering Degree
- Fluent in English
- Computer Skills
- Five years of experience in the same field
