• Managing a diverse crew of Technicians (Maintenance & Refrigeration), Mechanics, Electricians, Fitters, and Welders.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership:
• Organize and train a multi-disciplinary maintenance team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Proactive Planning:
• Develop and execute maintenance schedules to prevent downtime before it happens.
• Quality Control:
• Maintain a world-class workshop environment, ensuring tools and facilities are in top-tier condition.
• System Inspections:
• Oversee regular inspections of mechanical and electrical systems, identifying and rectifying issues swiftly.
• Downtime Mitigation:
• Minimize production losses through rapid troubleshooting and efficient repair of vehicles (Cars, Trucks, Tractors) and generators.
