- Experience as a Workshop Supervisor, Foreman, Team Lead, or similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle/equipment diagnostics and repairs
- Experience managing and guiding a team of technicians
- Authorized Dealership experience is mandatory
- Ability to use business communication tools and ERP software
