- Monitor job progress and workshop planning boards to track performance and timelines
- Ensure fair distribution of work to maximize technician productivity and utilization
- Support the 'Fix It Right' process to enhance quality and reduce rework
- Track work in progress (WIP) and ensure jobs are completed as per schedule
- Maintain accurate time clocking and escalate any deviations
- Coordinate with Service Advisors to provide progress updates and ensure on time delivery
