- Manage daily workshop operations for efficient workflow and timely delivery
- Lead, mentor, and supervise technicians and service advisors
- Plan and allocate work based on capacity, skills, and priorities
- Monitor technician productivity and workshop KPIs
- Ensure repairs meet manufacturer and company quality standards
- Implement preventive maintenance programs
- Manage customer relationships and resolve service issues
- Control workshop costs and improve profitability
- Coordinate with procurement/inventory teams on parts availability
- Ensure health, safety, and SLA compliance
- Drive digital workshop/fleet management adoption
Requirements
- UAE experience managing an automotive workshop or fleet maintenance operation (mandatory)
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
- Active UAE Residence Visa
- Strong technical knowledge of passenger/light commercial vehicles
- Experience with Workshop Management Systems (WMS) or Fleet Management Software (FMS)
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem solving skills
- Fluent English; Arabic is a plus
