About the Role

  • We're looking for a highly motivated, results driven Sales Account Manager with a strong background in the UAE automotive industry. You're a hunter and relationship builder who can open new corporate fleet accounts and grow revenue from managed accounts — commercially sharp, customer focused, and ex

What You'll Do

  • Develop and acquire new corporate accounts in the UAE automotive and fleet sector
  • Sell our fleet management and maintenance solutions
  • Build and grow long term relationships with assigned accounts
  • Identify cross sell/upsell opportunities
  • Hit and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and close deals
  • Maintain an active CRM pipeline and provide sales forecasts
  • Collaborate with technical, operations, and customer success teams

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 3 years UAE automotive industry sales experience (mandatory)
  • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
  • Active UAE Residence Visa
  • Proven B2B sales and account management background
  • Track record of new business generation and hitting targets
  • Strong network in UAE automotive, fleet, leasing, rental, or mobility sectors (preferred)
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and MS Office
  • Fluent English; Arabic is a plus
