We are seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager with UAE automotive industry experience to develop new corporate fleet accounts and grow revenue. You will sell fleet management solutions, build long-term relationships, and hit sales targets.

- Develop and acquire new corporate accounts in the UAE automotive and fleet sector
- Sell fleet management and maintenance solutions
- Build and grow long term relationships with assigned accounts
- Identify cross sell/upsell opportunities
- Hit and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and close deals
- Maintain an active CRM pipeline and provide sales forecasts
- Collaborate with technical, operations, and customer success teams
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years UAE automotive industry sales experience
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Active UAE Residence Visa
- Proven B2B sales and account management background
- Track record of new business generation and hitting targets
- Strong network in UAE automotive, fleet, leasing, rental, or mobility sectors (preferred)
- Comfortable with CRM systems and MS Office
- Fluent English; Arabic is a plus
