Role Description
- We are seeking a dedicated Farsi speaking Interpreter to join our team, working remotely from home anywhere within the United Arab Emirates.
- This is a full time, work from home role.
- Note: this role requires fluency in Farsi (Persian) — candidates of any nationality who speak Farsi are welcome to apply; Iranian nationality is not a requirement.
Main Role
- Interpret English phone conversations into Farsi and vice versa, in real time
Work Conditions
- Work from home, anywhere within the United Arab Emirates
- 5 working days per week (2 days off)
- 9 hours per day (8 working hours + 1 hour break)
- Shifts and weekends are rotational — most shifts are night and overnight
Work From Home Requirements
- A quiet, private room to work from
- A stable, wired internet connection
If You Are Selected
- You will attend paid training for 3 weeks, which you must pass to retain the role
- You will collect a company issued desktop computer from the company premises
Requirements

- No prior interpretation experience or certification is required — paid training is provided.

- Salary: AED 5,000/month (AED 4,000 basic + up to AED 1,000 performance based variable)

Visa Eligibility
- Females on a family sponsored visa: eligible
- Males or females on a Golden Visa: eligible
- Males from Iran or Afghanistan on any other visa type will need to cancel their current visa before an employment visa can be issued, and visa issuance is not guaranteed and is subject to approval
