Responsibilities
- Manage the day to day operations of engineering workshops and laboratories
- Prepare, maintain, and oversee workshop/laboratory equipment and resources
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Support instructors and students during practical sessions and demonstrations
- Conduct equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities
- Monitor inventory, consumables, and procurement requirements
- Assist in developing and implementing technical projects and learning activities
- Train staff and students on the safe and effective use of laboratory equipment
- Support curriculum delivery through hands on engineering applications
- Maintain accurate records and ensure operational readiness of workshop facilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering
- 1 3 years of experience in workshop operations, maintenance, instrumentation, or laboratory support
- Fluent English (spoken and written) – IELTS 7.0 required
- Arabic is an advantage

We're Hiring: Workshop Lab Engineer
- We are currently seeking qualified and motivated Workshop Lab Engineers to join our team across multiple campuses in the UAE.
Available Locations
- Abu Dhabi Camp
- Al Fujairah Camp
- Al Ain – Al Aqabiyah Campus
- Abu Dhabi Female Campus (female candidates only)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in workshop operations, maintenance, instrumentation, or laboratory support.
- Industrial experience in technical disciplines is preferred.
Language Required
- Fluent English (spoken and written) – IELTS 7.0 required.
- Arabic is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
