Workplace Experience Coordinator

Experience-led operator: 3+ years of experience in workplace experience, hospitality, or office management, with a track record of turning operational strategy into execution.

Collaborative and trusted: You partner effectively with leadership and are known for good judgment, high empathy, and consistent follow-through.

Logistics-minded and detail-oriented: You can manage budgets, vendors, and complex moving parts without losing sight of the employee experience.

Program builder: You enjoy creating repeatable systems and playbooks that help a vibrant workplace run smoothly from scratch.

Compensation Our compensation packages are based on several factors, including your experience, expertise, and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, all roles receive equity.
