Role Overview

ADP is hiring a Senior Implementation Consultant for WorkForce Suite.

The consultant delivers WorkForce Suite solutions, including Time, Absence, Scheduling, and Integrations, to address client business challenges.

The role combines software configuration, mapping, debugging, testing, troubleshooting, consulting, leadership, and client relationship management.

Implementation Responsibilities

  • Configure WorkForce Suite according to client business requirements using scripting and logic.
  • Lead and participate in requirements gathering and refinement through client meetings and workshops.
  • Create and maintain business requirements documents, use cases, and process diagrams.
  • Analyze systems, interface requirements, and business processes to recommend and implement solutions.
  • Identify out-of-scope requirements, guide complex configuration issues, and communicate roadblocks.
  • Create complex formulas using mathematical or programming skills.
  • Perform unit and system testing and verify that test cases meet requirements.
  • Support client onboarding and help users develop confidence with implemented products.
  • Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and track progress against milestones.

Education and Experience

  • Post-secondary education or related business experience.
  • IT certification or technical background.
  • 4–6 years of experience in WorkForce Management software implementations.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience with a programming language, preferably JavaScript and/or SQL.
  • Experience implementing or training users on packaged software or complex internally developed applications.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel.
  • Understanding of waterfall and agile methodologies in a services-delivery role.
  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects and follow-up items.
  • Familiarity with report writers such as Crystal Reports, Cognos, or Actuate.
  • Ability to travel up to 5–10%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of WorkForce Software implementation principles and lifecycles.
  • Technical aptitude, quick learning, and adaptability.
  • Ability to work on a dynamic, client-focused team and establish strong working relationships.
  • Familiarity with time and labor management.
  • Experience supporting applications for complex software systems.

Compensation

  • The compensation range is CAD 83,500 to CAD 133,500 per year.
  • In Ontario and/or British Columbia, the stated range represents expected total compensation, including vacation pay and target bonus.
