Role Overview

Project Management Responsibilities

• Manage project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
• Create plans covering deliverables, activities, timelines, and budgets.
• Direct daily project activities and staff in a matrixed organization.
• Coordinate resources and oversee project processes to meet milestones.
• Provide scheduled and on-demand status reports and updates.

Collaboration and Delivery

• Collaborate with sales teams and partners to ensure seamless project execution.
• Lead communication with stakeholders and team members through project completion.
• Track deadlines, assess and resolve risks and issues, and escalate when necessary.
• Tailor processes, make timely decisions, and work on highly complex projects.
• Seek opportunities to streamline, automate, and digitize processes.

Required Qualifications

• English and French bilingualism is required.
• A bachelor's degree in business administration is required.
• At least three years of project management experience, or more than five years of related and client-facing experience, is required.
• The role requires strong leadership, analytical, client relationship, and process-management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in human capital management or talent acquisition and management is preferred.
• Project management tools, structured methodologies, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Visio experience are preferred.
• PMP or equivalent professional project management certification is an asset.

Language Requirements

• French proficiency, spoken and written, is required for this Québec-based position.
• English proficiency is required for regular communication with international clients, partners, stakeholders, and teams.
