Company Overview

  • DFS Aviation Services is part of the DFS Group, one of the largest air navigation service providers worldwide.
  • The role is with Dubai Air Navigation Services (dans) based at Dubai International Airport.

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensuring organizational effectiveness through evidence based workforce planning, organization design, headcount governance, and workforce optimization.
  • Develop and maintain organization wide workforce plans aligned with dans’ strategic priorities and business objectives.
  • Conduct workforce forecasting, headcount planning, and resource modeling to support current and future operational requirements.
  • Design and review organizational structures, reporting relationships, job architecture and spans of control to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain dans' job architecture framework, ensuring consistency in job families, grading principles, and position structures.
  • Develop workforce dashboards, KPIs and analytical reports to support Executive decision making.
  • Monitor workforce metrics including headcount, vacancies, utilization, productivity, organizational effectiveness and workforce costs.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and provide specialist advice on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
  • Support Human Capital initiatives including succession planning, talent management, organization reviews, and transformation programmes.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Professional certification in Workforce Planning, Organisation Design or Human Capital Analytics is desirable.
  • 7–10 years’ experience in Workforce Planning, Organisation Design, Organisational Effectiveness or Human Resources Strategy.
  • Demonstrated experience in workforce analytics, organisational restructuring, job architecture, and manpower planning.
  • Experience supporting organisational transformation within a complex organisation.
  • Experience within the aviation or government sector is advantageous.
