This role will work closely with relevant stakeholders to coordinate Scope’s frontline contingent workforce to address short-term vacancies and fill shifts; supporting Scope to mobilise a skilled and capable workforce to empower our clients to belong and thrive, now and into the future, sustainably.
Your responsibilities will include:
Working with workforce schedulers, frontline leaders, enabling functions and other relevant stakeholders to understand operational contingent workforce requirements.

Supporting the coordination of day-to-day processes and raising any issues or practical suggestions for improvement through the appropriate channels to help ensure safe and quality client services.
