Test Analyst - Applications

Software testing practices across functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, user acceptance and post-release verification testing.

Test analysis and design, including requirements review, risk assessment, coverage definition, traceability, test data and expected results.

Defect management capability, including clear reproduction steps, evidence capture, impact assessment, prioritisation, retesting and closure.

Release assurance skills, including test entry and exit criteria, readiness reporting, deployment validation and post-release stabilisation.

Understanding of enterprise application integrations and data flows, including API, middleware and file-based interfaces.

Exposure to test automation tools and reusable regression testing approaches is desirable.

Experience with Salesforce or other client, workforce, payroll, HR or finance applications is desirable.
