The role provides workforce insights and reports for business and HR decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze workforce data, staffing levels, productivity, and resource utilization.
- Support workforce planning, forecasting, and headcount analysis.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and workforce KPIs.
- Identify staffing gaps and resource optimization opportunities.
- Provide workforce insights and recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with HR and business teams on workforce requirements.
- Maintain workforce data accuracy and confidentiality.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, analytics, or a related field is required.
- Experience in workforce analytics, workforce planning, HR analytics, or a similar role is required.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills are required.
- Power BI experience is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
- Strong communication and reporting skills are required.
- Fluent Arabic and English are required.
