What You Will Do

• Map manual mandate-delivery steps and identify opportunities for technical automation.
• Connect research databases with internal reporting tools and keep data current.
• Set up logic-based triggers for infrastructure-client document reviews and updates.
• Monitor automated workflows, protect data integrity, and troubleshoot minor logic errors.
• Document automation logic so principals can understand data flows.
• Help migrate legacy tracking systems into integrated productivity platforms.
• Prepare operating-model efficiency reports and test internal tools with the AIS team.

What We Are Looking For

• Curiosity about how software platforms communicate through APIs and connectors.
• Ability to explain technical logic clearly and concisely in plain English.
• Logical approach to breaking complex tasks into repeatable digital steps.
• Basic familiarity with common productivity tools and interest in learning automation platforms such as Zapier or Make.
• Strong attention to detail when handling sensitive corporate information and infrastructure data.
• Ability to manage an independent schedule in a fully remote environment.
