What You Will Do
- Maintain project logs for IT workstreams related to client infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate technical meetings and prepare documentation in advance.
- Track software implementation cycles and report delays.
- Prepare status reports for non-technical stakeholders.
- Organize project files for governance and compliance.
- Follow up with vendors and technical teams on system performance.
- Update project management tools for ownership and deadline changes.
- Support operating model implementation transitions.
