Workday - Lead

Primary Skill: Experience in Workday, with a strong focus on the Absence & Time-Off module

- Configuration of Time Off Types, Plans, Leave of Absence, Accruals, and Eligibility Rules - Absence frameworks, including absence tables, balances, and schedule-based configurations - Strong understanding of: - Business Process Framework (BPF) and security configuration - Integration touchpoints with Payroll, Time Tracking, and Benefits

Responsibility:

Key requirements include: - 8–12 years of overall Workday experience, with a strong focus on the Absence & Time-Off module - Workday Absence certification - Hands-on experience with: - Configuration of Time Off Types, Plans, Leave of Absence, Accruals, and Eligibility Rules - Absence frameworks, including absence tables, balances, and schedule-based configurations - Strong understanding of: - Business Process Framework (BPF) and security configuration - Integration touchpoints with Payroll, Time Tracking, and Benefits - Experience across the full implementation lifecycle, including Design, Build, Test, Deploy, and Support - Exposure to global absence implementations and multi-country rollouts - Ability to create functional design documents, solution designs, and configuration workbooks - Hands-on experience supporting UAT cycles, defect resolution, and post-go-live support - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with HR, Payroll, and business users
