.Net Fullstack React - Consultant

Mandatory Skills: ASP.NET Web API (REST APIs), Microservices Architecture, React (Hooks + Redux), Kafka, Data Access Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using ASP.NET Web API, React, and Microservices architecture. Define API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for distributed and enterprise-grade systems. Develop reusable React components and frontend solutions using React Hooks and Redux, along with backend services, following clean architecture and secure coding practices. Optimize application performance through caching, asynchronous processing, database tuning, and optimization. Drive messaging and event-streaming solutions using RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, SQS, Azure Service Bus, JMS, or Kafka. Own end-to-end delivery of assigned modules including design, development, testing support, and deployment readiness. Conduct code reviews ensuring adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and engineering best practices. Define front-end-backend integration strategies and reusable React component architecture for enterprise applications. Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and deployment automation to improve operational efficiency. Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks by performing detailed root cause analysis and implementing sustainable fixes. Mentor team members on React, .NET Core, REST APIs, Microservices, and engineering practices.
