We are seeking a Workday HRIS Analyst to join our team and take the lead in configuring, maintaining , and optimizing Workday Canadian Payroll plus supporting one or more modules based on business needs . This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical, detail-oriented professional who can translate payroll and business requirements into effective system solutions, partner with cross-functional teams, and help strengthen payroll accuracy, compliance, and employee experience.
As a Workday HRIS Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
Workday Configuration & Optimization : Independently design, configure, and maintain Workday Canadian Payroll and other related modules, ensuring data accuracy , compliance. collective agreement requirements, and operational efficiency.
Collaboration : Partner with Payroll, HR, b usiness stakeholders, Centers of Excellence, and other Workday Module Leads to document requirements, assess feasibility, validate design options, coordinate testing, and gather feedback.

Backlog Management : Own the intake, assessment, prioritization, and delivery of Workday Payroll enhancements, break-fixes, and operational issues, collaborating with stakeholders to balance business needs and system capacity.
