Work-Study - Admissions

The Work-Study for Admission serves as a support member of the Admissions team, assisting admissions counselors with student outreach, communication, and records management.

This position provides hands-on experience in college admissions, student recruitment, customer service, and higher education administration.

The Work-Study student will work closely with admissions counselors to help prospective students move through the enrollment process while maintaining accurate and organized student records.

• Assist admissions counselors with daily student outreach and follow-up
• Contact prospective and admitted students by phone, email, text, and other approved communication methods
• Assist with follow-up campaigns for prospective and admitted students
• Help maintain accurate student records and update information in the admissions CRM/database
• Assist with organizing and tracking student applications, documents, and communications
• Help identify students who need additional follow-up or assistance during the admissions process
• Prepare materials and information for prospective student communications
• Assist counselors with appointment scheduling and other administrative tasks
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective students, parents, and families
• Maintain confidentiality and handle student information appropriately
• Assist with Admissions Office projects and other duties as assigned

• Other university recruitment and outreach opportunities
