Simulation Center Educator (Part Time)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in nursing, an allied health profession, health sciences, health professions education, healthcare simulation, education, or a closely related field required; master's degree preferred
• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical, healthcare, higher-education teaching, professional education, or workforce-training experience required
• Demonstrated experience in healthcare education, clinical instruction, simulation facilitation, structured debriefing, curriculum development, skills training, or competency-based assessment required
• Candidates whose highest earned degree is a bachelor's degree must demonstrate additional preparation appropriate to the assignment through simulation, teaching, curriculum, assessment, structured debriefing training, relevant certification, and/or directly related experience
• Current, unrestricted professional license or certification required when applicable to the candidate's discipline and assigned teaching responsibilities
• Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator or comparable educator credential preferred; continued development toward an applicable simulation credential when eligible is encouraged
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet University insurance requirements when travel is included in the assignment
• Availability for scheduled daytime, evening, weekend, or occasional overnight assignments as agreed in advance
