Responsibilities
- Support, maintain, and optimize Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) operations
- Coordinate system operations, maintain master data, troubleshoot system issues, and support users
- Monitor system performance, manage transaction accuracy, support inventory synchronization, and ensure operational processes comply with procedures
- Maintain inventory and master data, monitor system transactions, support inbound and outbound warehouse operations
- Resolve system related issues, validate data accuracy, and coordinate with internal users for efficient WMS/ERP utilization
- Assist with user access management, system configuration support, report generation, and operational troubleshooting
- Support system testing, process improvements, data migration, system upgrades, and integration initiatives
- Prepare operational reports, analyze system performance, identify process optimization opportunities, and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with IT teams, software vendors, and business stakeholders to implement new system functionalities
- Support training activities, document standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure compliance with data governance and operational standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related discipline
- Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and business process operations
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics coordination, procurement, production planning, and supply chain workflows
- Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor, NetSuite, Odoo, or equivalent
- Familiarity with WMS platforms and inventory control systems
- Understanding of inventory transactions, stock movements, order processing, receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counting processes
- Ability to maintain master data, validate system transactions, perform data reconciliation, and ensure operational data accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and reporting tools
- Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills with attention to detail

Role Description
- We are seeking a WMS / ERP Operations Specialist to support, maintain, and optimize Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) operations to ensure efficient business processes, inventory accuracy, and operational excellence.
- This role is responsible for coordinating system operations, maintaining master data, troubleshooting system issues, supporting users, and driving continuous improvements across warehouse and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory and master data, monitor system transactions, support inbound and outbound warehouse operations, resolve system related issues, validate data accuracy, and coordinate with internal users to ensure efficient utilization of WMS and ERP platforms.
- Assist with user access management, system configuration support, report generation, and operational troubleshooting while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Support system testing, process improvements, data migration activities, system upgrades, and integration initiatives between WMS, ERP, and other enterprise applications.
- Prepare operational reports, analyze system performance, identify process optimization opportunities, and recommend improvements that enhance productivity, inventory visibility, and business efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT teams, software vendors, and business stakeholders to implement new system functionalities, support training activities, document standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure compliance with data governance and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and business process operations.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics coordination, procurement, production planning, and supply chain workflows.
- Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor, NetSuite, Odoo, or equivalent enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with WMS platforms and inventory control systems used in warehouse and distribution operations.
- Understanding of inventory transactions, stock movements, order processing, receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counting processes.
- Ability to maintain master data, validate system transactions, perform data reconciliation, and ensure operational data accuracy.
- Familiarity with SQL, database concepts, reporting tools, business intelligence platforms, or data analysis tools is advantageous.
- Understanding of system integration concepts, APIs, electronic data interchange (EDI), and enterprise application workflows is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prepare operational reports, system documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
