Role Description

  • We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, logistics coordination, inventory management, and process optimization activities.
  • The role is responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse performance, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting logistics operations, and driving continuous improvements across supply chain processes.
  • The Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor will coordinate the movement, storage, and distribution of goods while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control activities.
  • Monitor warehouse productivity, ensure accurate stock records, manage material flow, and support transportation coordination.
  • Oversee daily warehouse activities, allocate resources effectively, monitor workflow performance, and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Review inventory reports, track key performance indicators, resolve operational issues, and support process enhancements.
  • Maintain organized storage systems, improve inventory accuracy, optimize warehouse layouts, and implement efficient logistics procedures.
  • Prepare operational reports, maintain accurate documentation, coordinate with vendors and transportation providers, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics coordination, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
  • Ability to supervise daily warehouse activities and ensure efficient operational performance.
  • Knowledge of receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and distribution processes.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills with the ability to support operational objectives.
  • Ability to analyze warehouse performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to address operational challenges effectively.
  • Understanding of inventory accuracy practices, stock control procedures, and warehouse optimization techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems, inventory software, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to coordinate with suppliers, transportation providers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Understanding of logistics documentation, shipment tracking, and operational reporting requirements.
