Role Description

  • We are seeking a motivated and results driven Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, and build strong customer relationships.
  • This role is responsible for developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and collaborating with cross functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with organizational goals and revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend products or solutions that deliver business value.
  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, presentations, and business proposals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, customer success, and operations teams to support business growth.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer trend analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support customer retention through proactive account management and relationship building.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements while maintaining profitability.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, CRM data, and customer documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, business development, customer relationship management, and account management.
  • Knowledge of sales planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analysis.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales automation platforms, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with a customer focused mindset.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain long term business relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, customer insights, and business performance data.
  • Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
  • Self motivated, proactive, and results oriented with a commitment to achieving business objectives.
