Windows Workstation & Intune Support Engineer

Role overview

Windows workstation support

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Perform desktop and laptop hardware and software installations.
• Resolve basic workstation performance, connectivity, and application issues.
• Support printers, peripherals, and network connectivity.
• Assist users with password resets and account-related issues.

Microsoft Intune administration

• Enroll and manage Windows devices using Microsoft Intune.
• Monitor device compliance and security policies.
• Assist with application deployment through Intune.
• Support configuration profiles and endpoint security policies.
• Troubleshoot device enrollment and synchronization issues.
• Maintain asset inventory and device records.

IT operations

• Respond to user tickets and service requests.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when required.
• Follow IT security and compliance standards.
• Participate in system updates and patch management activities.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience.
• Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration.
• Understanding of computer hardware and networking fundamentals.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.

Advantageous experience

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Intune or Endpoint Manager is advantageous.
• Internship experience in IT support, help desk, or endpoint management is advantageous.
