Role Overview
Lead a high-performing software engineering team within NIQ Analytics.
Balance engineering leadership with hands-on architecture, coding, design reviews, technical problem-solving, and AI productionization.
Deliver scalable AI-enabled product solutions using modern client, server-side, and cloud technologies.
AI and Platform Architecture
- Lead scalable microservices and AI-enabled product capabilities from concept through production deployment.
- Design and implement AI platforms across Java/Spring Boot and Python/FastAPI services.
- Drive Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, including MCP architectures, orchestration, tool integration, and multi-agent workflows.
- Establish practices for LLM API security, reliability, cost, rate limits, and token efficiency.
Data and Application Engineering
- Guide AI use cases including chatbots, summarization, classification, intelligent search, Q&A, and embedding retrieval.
- Design systems for structured and unstructured data using SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, SingleStore, and Postgres.
- Establish approaches for embeddings, vector search, context management, caching, latency optimization, and observability.
