- Conduct planned and ad hoc accommodation audits across UAE vendor sites against Amazon's Global Accommodation Compliance Guidance and local regulations
- Document audit findings, raise escalation tickets for critical findings, and develop Corrective Action Plans
- Track vendor remediation progress, review compliance evidence, and escalate non responsive vendors
- Monitor and analyze compliance metrics, create reports, and identify trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in workplace health and safety, compliance auditing, or related field
- Valid UAE driving license or willingness to obtain one
- Proficiency in English
- Experience in data analysis and metrics reporting

Role Overview

Basic Qualifications

- Comfortable with frequent field travel across UAE; valid UAE driving license or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Experience in data analysis and metrics reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience conducting social compliance, accommodation, or third party vendor audits
- Experience developing Corrective Action Plans and managing vendor remediation
- Familiarity with UAE labor regulations and accommodation standards
- NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent WHS certification
