About the Role

- Conduct regular site visits to evaluate safety conditions and provide recommendations for operational improvements
- Carry out risk assessments and safety audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and local safety procedures
- Monitor and analyze safety metrics, create reports, and review incident trends to identify areas requiring attention
- Support implementation of new safety measures and provide guidance on safety related processes
- Ensure compliance with all applicable Amazon supply chain policies and local/regional regulations
- Lead safety discussions and participate in safety briefings
- Support incident investigations and ensure timely incident communication
- Analyze safety performance data to implement proactive improvement actions
- Support safety training completion and verify training effectiveness
Requirements
- Experience in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics and Communication/Instrumentation and Controls
- 1+ years of conveyors/automation/control systems maintenance experience

- The ideal candidate will put safety standards into practice, lead projects to raise safety awareness, and support compliance.
Key job responsibilities
