- Support and mentor Arabic A teachers to promote high quality teaching and learning
- Monitor student achievement and use assessment data to drive improvement
- Ensure compliance with KHDA, UAE Ministry of Education, and IB curriculum requirements
- Lead curriculum planning, moderation, and standardisation activities
- Promote the Arabic language, UAE culture, and national identity through whole school initiatives and events
- Work collaboratively with school leaders to implement whole school improvement priorities
- Foster effective communication and collaboration across Primary and Secondary Arabic A teams
Requirements
- Qualified teacher with relevant teaching qualifications
- Experience teaching Arabic A within an international school setting
- Strong understanding of KHDA, UAE Ministry of Education, and IB curriculum requirements
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities
