- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills
- Availability to join from August 2026

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality, inclusive teaching that supports students with diverse learning needs within the IB and British curriculum frameworks.
- Collaborate with subject teachers to design and implement strategies that promote access, progress, and achievement for all learners.
- Use data effectively to monitor student progress and plan targeted interventions.

- Engage with parents and the wider school community to ensure a holistic approach to student support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, or an initial degree plus a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE/PGDE/state teaching license or equivalent) with a specialism in Drama.
- Advanced qualifications in Drama are desirable but not essential.
- Minimum of three years’ experience teaching Secondary Drama, ideally within an IB or British curriculum context (preferred but not required).
- Strong understanding of the IB philosophy and Approaches to Teaching and Learning.
- Proven ability to inspire, support, and challenge students to achieve their potential.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills.
- Availability to join from August 2026.
