We are seeking a skilled and experienced Wheel Loader Operator (CAT 950 / CAT 966 or Similar) to safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment for loading, transporting, stockp.

Responsibilities
- Operate a Wheel Loader (CAT 950, CAT 966, or similar models) safely and efficiently in accordance with project requirements
- Load, transport, and stockpile materials such as sand, gravel, soil, aggregate, and construction debris
- Feed crushers, hoppers, batching plants, or other processing equipment as required
- Perform site clearing, backfilling, leveling, and material handling operations
- Conduct daily pre start inspections and perform basic maintenance checks on the equipment
- Report equipment faults, damage, or maintenance requirements promptly to the supervisor
- Read and follow site plans, work instructions, and supervisor directions
- Ensure compliance with all company safety policies, site regulations, and environmental requirements
- Work closely with site supervisors, engineers, and ground personnel to complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently
- Maintain the wheel loader in a clean, safe, and serviceable condition
- Identify and avoid underground utilities, overhead hazards, and other site risks during operations
- Complete daily equipment inspection checklists, logbooks, and work activity reports as required
Requirements
- Valid Heavy Equipment Operator License or Certification
- Proven experience operating a Wheel Loader (CAT 950, CAT 966, or similar models)
- Good understanding of construction site operations, material handling, and workplace safety procedures
- Ability to perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance
- Physically fit and able to work in varying weather conditions and demanding site environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team

Job Overview
