Performance management

• Ensure timely goal setting and completion for sales positions in the region.
• Coordinate mid-year and year-end reviews and assist with calibration and ratings finalization.
• Support promotion and increment processes and issue related letters.

Other HR responsibilities

• Handle induction and training sessions for new joiners and coordinate the central training agenda.
• Manage third-party employee medical-insurance additions, deletions, and renewals.
• Support employees during hospitalization and insurance-claim processing.
• Handle regional engagement activities and employee grievances or queries through resolution or escalation.
• Conduct exit interviews, analyze relevant data, and publish monthly reports.

Job specifications

• Master’s degree in business administration with a Human Resources specialization.
• 2–3 years of HR generalist experience in the FMCG or service industry.
• English proficiency and ability to engage business stakeholders.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee data, performance management, training, benefits, engagement, employee relations, and exit processes.
