R&D Regional Systems Functional Analyst; Mars Global Services; Bangalore | Hyderabad | Pune

Supports regional FEs in system/ data quality compliance and root cause analysis of gaps with key users/end users.

Supports data analysis of Traceability issues or Regulatory queries as requested by Data Custodians.

Incident management.

Support Regional FE in CIP management, focusing on testing (SIT, coordination of UAT and End-to-end testing).

Works closely with MDT (Mars Digital Technologies) team on impact assessment of system changes002E

Definition of business test case scenarios based on business requirements and their translation to the MDT development and testing teams.

Provides input to Data council and Corporate R&D team on reporting improvements and data analysis tools.

Supports Functional Expert in deployment activities by executing data and process analysis.

Manages deployment related development requests (VADS) and service tickets.

Supports Key/end user training journey (defining curriculum, developing training materials, executing training sessions, supports hyper-care).

Job Specifications /Qualifications

Experience with Atlas, Nexus, and ERP Agnostic systems preferred Excellent networker, easily builds rapport remotely Excellent communication skills (oral and written). Fluent in English Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements Experience with Power Platforms (Apps, Power Automate, PBI) and advanced Excel and/or other data analytics tools preferred Strong data analysis capability
