The Senior Functional Expert Analyst position supports the Order to Cash (OTC) Functional Expert (FE) manager in delivery of business benefits, project management, technical analysis, end to end testing, education of the end user community and monitoring data integrity and compliance to governance standards within the Canadian organization. The Sr. FEA also provides operational and analytical support including: first level user support with regards to OTC interfaces, Kubra, Esker, EDI and business analysis of functional information, problem identification, testing of new functionality, providing ad hoc reports and implementing new solutions for the Canadian business. What are we looking for?
• Four year college degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems or equivalent experience preferred
• 2-4 years experience working in supply chain operations such as Plan, Source, Make & Deliver
• 1-2 years experience working with order management systems (i.e. SAP, EDI Interfaces) and processes
• Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects
• High systems literacy (not just specific system skills, but also tools like, MS Office etc.)
• Good understanding of SAP and deep understanding of the related system processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral, written, listening)
• Good problem solving skills, and process change management ability
• Ability to identify information needs/solve problems (technical and business related)
• Demonstrated ability to work well independently and in a team environment
What will be your key responsibilities?
• Act as an integral member of the Canadian Customer Supply Chain organization in supporting the user community with regards to OTC systems and interfaces, facilitating the improvement of business processes and results.
• Right hand to the Canadian OTC FE, supporting on projects, enhancements, analysis and end to end testing.
• Execute slot testing of all CIP in a timely and accurate manner, in partnership with FE.
• Support business users in troubleshooting functional and technical issues, along with business questions related to master data issues and errors with customer orders from receipt to invoice.
• Ensure the accurate consolidation and reporting of information into the requested actionable format and investigate any data discrepancies.
• Design, publish and provide insights on key metrics reporting used to assess the health of the system.
• Responsible for maintaining technical skill on all appropriate software applications that will provide optimum level of support to the Key User community (i.e. SAP, Vault, Kubra, Esker, Interfaces, EDI and Hub Tables)
