Wellness Program Coordinator

We are looking for an organized, energetic, and guest-focused Program Coordinator with previous hotel, resort, recreation, wellness, or hospitality experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing daily guest programs, activities, events, and recreational schedules while ensuring an engaging and enjoyable guest experience.

Locally available candidates with UAE hotel/resort experience are preferred.

• Plan, coordinate, and manage daily resort programs, activities, and guest events.
• Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly activity schedules.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure programs run smoothly.
• Communicate activity schedules and program information clearly to guests.
• Coordinate with instructors, trainers, entertainers, and activity staff.
• Assist in organizing special events, wellness programs, recreational activities, and seasonal programs.
• Monitor guest participation and collect feedback to improve activities.
• Ensure all activities are conducted safely and according to resort standards.
• Maintain activity areas, equipment, and necessary supplies.
• Coordinate bookings and registrations for activities where required.
• Promote resort activities and programs to guests.
• Prepare daily activity reports and attendance records.
• Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Handle guest questions, requests, and concerns professionally.
• Monitor program-related expenses and supplies where applicable.
• Support the Resort Manager with special projects and operational requirements.
• Ensure excellent guest engagement and service throughout all programs.

• Previous experience as a Program Coordinator, Activities Coordinator, Recreation Coordinator, Guest Relations, or similar hospitality role.
