Role Overview
Zoya Wellness Resort is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Assistant Restaurant Manager.
The role supports efficient restaurant operations, leads the restaurant team, maintains service standards, and delivers an excellent guest dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily restaurant operations and assume responsibility when the manager is absent.
- Supervise, guide, motivate, schedule, train, and monitor restaurant staff.
- Maintain guest service standards and handle feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Conduct staff briefings, allocate duties, and coordinate with the kitchen and resort departments.
- Monitor service, food quality, presentation, cleanliness, hygiene, inventory, stock, requisitions, and wastage.
- Ensure billing and cash-handling procedures are followed and assist with sales and operational reporting.
- Support restaurant events, promotions, special dining arrangements, opening, and closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, or in a similar role is required.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and guest service is required.
