Role Overview
The resort is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Duty Manager with previous hotel or resort experience.
The Duty Manager oversees smooth day-to-day resort operations during assigned shifts and coordinates effectively with all departments.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
- Locally available candidates with UAE hotel or resort experience are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee hotel or resort operations during assigned shifts and act as the management representative on duty.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Maintenance, Security, and other departments.
- Ensure service standards and operational procedures are followed and inspect guest and public areas.
- Monitor VIP arrivals, special requests, health, safety, security, and emergency procedures.
- Resolve operational issues, support department heads and supervisors, and ensure shift handovers are effective.
- Prepare shift reports and communicate important incidents to the Resort Manager.
- Assist with staff coordination, coverage, maintenance follow-up, daily requirements, and special projects.
