About the Role
TherapyMantra is hiring a part-time remote Mental Health Counselor to provide client-centered therapy via video and chat. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain records.

Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and couples/family sessions via secure video calls and chat
- Complete assessments, develop and update treatment plans, manage caseloads
- Maintain thorough, confidential records in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
- Monitor client progress, offer psychoeducation and coping strategies
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals as needed
- Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and supervision
Requirements
- Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or related mental health field
- Current licensure or certification as a mental health professional
- Strong foundation in Mental Health and Psychology with ability to apply evidence based therapeutic approaches
- Competence in Treatment Planning and Case Management
- Experience in Relationship Counseling
- Comfort working in a remote, digital environment with telehealth platforms
- Excellent listening, communication, and crisis management skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours across time zones

Role Description
- Deliver high quality, client centered counseling services through the online platform.
- Conduct individual and couples/family sessions via secure video calls and chat.

Qualifications
