Job Summary
Al Sahraa Group is hiring a Welding Sales Engineer or Sales Executive for its UAE business.
The role requires technical and commercial knowledge of welding products and proven sales, business development, and customer relationship experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell welding equipment, welding consumables, and related industrial products.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Manage existing customer accounts and build relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and demonstrations.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and prepare accurate sales reports.
- Support sales and marketing plans and coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales execution.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- At least three years of experience with welding products, welding consumables, or industrial sales.
- Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy Engineering, or another bachelor's degree with strong relevant sales experience.
- Strong technical and commercial understanding of welding products.
