- MIG and TIG weld steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, and other steel components based on blueprint specifications
- Design, fabricate, join, and/or repair equipment, fixtures, and various types of metal objects and structures using oxygen acetylene, electric arc, MIG, and TIG welding techniques
- Operate drill presses, power saws, grinders, metal lathes, and a variety of welding equipment
Requirements
- Experience with MIG and TIG welding of steel, carbon steel, stainless steel
- Ability to set up welding machines based on job specifications or Welding Procedure Specification
- Proficiency in oxygen acetylene, electric arc, MIG, and TIG welding techniques
- Ability to operate drill presses, power saws, grinders, and metal lathes
