- 8 10 years of experience in cost accounting or management accounting
- Strong background in manufacturing, supply chain, or production driven industries
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Netsuite, Odoo, etc.)
- Strong understanding of cost accounting principles, IFRS/GAAP
- Advanced skills in Material, labor and overhead costing, BOM costing and cost roll ups, Margin analysis and cost allocation
- High proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, cost models, dashboards)
- Ability to analyze large sets of financial and operational data
- Strong Reporting and financial analysis
