Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine smile.
• Provide personalized check-in and check-out experiences.
• Assist with guest inquiries, directions, and hotel information.
• Offer welcome beverages or amenities based on guest status or preferences.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and Guest Relations.
• Maintain a visible presence in the lobby and assist or guide guests.
• Promote hotel services, facilities, and ongoing promotions.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve issues, or escalate them appropriately.
• Record and communicate guest preferences and special requests.
• Maintain a polished appearance and anticipate guest needs with relevant recommendations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of front-office or guest-facing experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai and its tourist attractions.
• Basic computer skills; Opera or similar software familiarity is preferred.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Passion for hospitality, adaptability in multicultural environments, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
• Additional language skills are an advantage.

Work Environment

• The role requires a visible presence in the hotel lobby and work in a multicultural hospitality environment.
