Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests.
Deliver warm, personal, and detailed service in an upscale, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, specialty drinks, and latte art.
- Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and related equipment.
- Maintain knowledge of beverage lists, promotions, menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods.
- Assist guests with menu items in an informative and helpful manner.
- Follow outlet policies, procedures, service standards, and food safety and sanitation policies.
- Maintain personal hygiene and impeccable cleanliness of the outlet.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is required.
- Point-of-sale system experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly responsible and reliable.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and remain calm and courteous with guests.
