- Demonstrate mastery of AP brand fundamentals, history, heritage, and product specificities
- Provide a welcoming atmosphere and personalized service to clients
- Act as the client's primary point of contact, coordinating appointments and ensuring seamless transitions
- Manage the boutique's client appointment schedule using AP platforms
- Utilize CRM system to manage client information, appointments, and transactions
- Contribute to achieving monthly and yearly KPIs through exceptional hospitality
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience in luxury watch industry is a plus
- Previous experience in managing client relationships and client experience in a luxury retail environment
- Fluent English language skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent customer management skills

Job Description

- Provide a welcoming atmosphere and personalized service to clients.
- Act as the client's primary point of contact, coordinating appointments and ensuring seamless transitions.
- Ensure all clients are comfortable during their stay, providing refreshments and assistance.
- Respond to client feedback with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Foster open and professional communication with the team.
- Contribute to achieving monthly and yearly KPIs through exceptional hospitality.
- Manage the boutique's client appointment schedule using AP platforms.
- Utilize CRM system to manage client information, appointments, and transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, preferences, and purchases.
- Maintain the boutique's cleanliness and appearance throughout the day.
- Ensure compliance with all AP company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience in luxury watch industry is a plus.
- Previous experience in managing client relationships and client experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Fluent English language skills are a must, Arabic a plus.
- Great sense of initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer management skills.
