Responsibilities
- Act as primary point of contact for wedding couples, VIP wedding guests, bridal parties, and family members
- Welcome and assist wedding guests upon arrival, coordinating with Front Office team for smooth check in
- Deliver amenities, refreshments, coffee, tea, and other special requests promptly
- Review wedding event details, guest preferences, and VIP requirements, communicating to relevant departments
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Guest Services to prepare and inspect guest rooms and suites
- Conduct pre arrival planning including personalized communications and confirming special arrangements
- Escort wedding couples, VIPs, and family members to accommodations or event venues
- Be present during key wedding moments and guest arrivals to proactively address requests
- Monitor and follow up on all wedding related service requests
- Coordinate laundry, pressing, and garment care services for wedding attire
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and special requests
- Work collaboratively with Weddings, Events, Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Food & Beverage teams
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 6 months related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods

Position Summary
- Provide highly personalized and attentive service to wedding couples, their families, and wedding guests

- Escort wedding couples, VIPs, and family members to their accommodations or event venues
- Be present during key wedding moments and guest arrivals to proactively address requests
- Monitor and follow up on all wedding related service requests
- Coordinate laundry, pressing, and garment care services for wedding attire and guest clothing
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, special requests, and service recovery actions

- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience
- License or Certification: None
